McLaren Vale 2021 Cabernet Shiraz

In celebration of all the women in our lives, we’ve partnered with a finalist for ‘Top Winemakers’ by the Young Gun of Wine Awards, the passionate and established Skye Salter at Willunga 100 in McLaren Vale, south of Adelaide, to bring you the gold award-winning 2021 Cabernet Shiraz made from 54-year-old bush vines in Blewitt Springs. Available during March in appreciation of International Women's Day (8th March), and Mother's Day (30th March).

A perfect match for steak lovers, the 2021 Cabernet Shiraz has notes of tobacco and cedar on the nose with a hint of violet. The palate shows juicy black cherry with black pepper spice and fine chocolatey tannins giving the wine a lovely persistence.
